1. Physical Products (Handmade Bags)

Returns

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Refunds

3. Digital Products (Masterclasses)

All digital products, including online masterclasses, are non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time to complete the course
