Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of products. You will be notified immediately and refunded in full if this occurs.

Handcrafted Products

Our bags are handmade. Slight variations in pattern, color, and bead placement are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and video — is the property of AEllita Tex s.r.o. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Masterclass content is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or improper care of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
